Commissions are calculated and paid as part of the next billing cycle after the month for which commissions are calculated. The seller agreed to pay the agent a flat-rate commission as a percentage of the final sale price. After the conclusion or termination of this real estate agency contract, the agent will return all of the following real estate as well as any additional real estate received from the seller for the property. The broker is considered an independent contractor for the duration of this contract. This real estate agency contract does not serve as the agent`s employment by the seller. In the event of a voluntary or involuntary termination of the beneficiary`s engagement with the entity, commissions are only paid for transactions that are dated before the date of termination. All amounts due to the recipient comply with federal and local rules based on source deductions and other fees. . . .
